IDS is an initiative geared towards men of color that creates a safe space where we facilitate conversations and dive deeper into subject matters that are necessary to discuss, but are not typically focused on within our culture (e.g., hygiene, dealing with imposter syndrome, etc.). Although the initiative is geared towards men of color, ANYONE is welcome to join, contribute to these conversations, and provide insight and perspective we may not otherwise receive.
